Ink and Clay Nails

This project was inspired by a previous graphic design exploration in which I experimented with porcelain clay and ink. I wanted to revisit and further develop the textures and patterns I created, this time through a new medium, nail art. By incorporating metallic nail polish and gem embellishments, I deepened the dialogue between materials, creating layered contrasts and tactile richness. Similar to the outcomes achieved with clay and ink, each nail design is entirely unique and irreproducible, as the flow of ink and polish across the surface cannot be fully controlled. This experimental process was both playful and rewarding, allowing spontaneity to shape the final result.
